Membership is open to individuals who are graduates of recognized universities and who are working or interested in the health care system; Members ought to settle their membership dues which are 100,000 LL per year. Membership fees entitle holders to become members and enjoy the benefits of both the mother association and the Chapter. Individuals who are already members of the mother company need only pay their dues for the Chapter (50,000 LL per year).

Student associates are invited to participate in the ongoing activities of the Chapter at no cost, in order to encourage their continued learning and involvement in health care management affairs.

Honorary and regional associates are nominated by the Executive Committee upon the recommendation of the Advisory Board and are invited to attend and participate in the activities of the Association in an honorary capacity.

Membership is open to health care organizations that are duly registered and that employ more than ten staff members. The organization must nominate its representative to the Association. Membership dues are 300,000 LL per year for both the mother association as well as the Chapter. Organizations who are already members of the mother company need only to pay its dues for the Chapter (150,000 LL per year).
