The
Lebanese Health Care Management Association (LHMA) plans to organize
educational activities in the field of Health Management. These
activities may be one-day workshops and short courses ranging
in duration from 3-5 days. The association is also looking into
the possibility of educational programs using the Internet, fully
or in part.
The
following topics are currently being proposed:
- The Management of Quality Health Care
- The Roles of the Medical Staff
- Financial Management in Health Care
- Customer Orientation of Health Systems
- Production Management in Health Care
- The Management of Medical Waste
- Information systems in Health Care
Information
on these courses will be posted on the LHMA
website.
